Abstract
- The article reports on the victory earned by Georgia State University (GSU) in the U.S. court case Cambridge University Press v. Patton et al. Topics discussed include the lawsuit filed by publishers Cambridge University Press, Oxford University Press, and SAGE against GSU with regard to their e-reserves system, the fair use assessment performed on allegedly infringed works involved in the case, and the technological evolutions since the 2008 filing of the said case.
