Abstract
- In this paper, we consider the possibility of using quartz sensing elements to create sensors for measuring cryogenic temperatures taking into account the main criteria for the development of cryogenic thermometry. They include: increasing the sensitivity and stability of metrological characteristics of sensors, reducing the design parameters and expanding the operational characteristics of sensors, since they are the main elements of electronic temperature stabilization units.
