Abstract

The titanium alloy samples with different designed hydrogen content were prepared by electrochemical method. The samples with different H contents were examined by X ray diffraction(XRD) and the changes including structure and distribution were analyzed. Including low speed tension,200 h loading and incremental step loading methods were applied for the sensitivity of hydrogen embrittlement of TC4 alloys. Beside of qualitative conclusion on hydrogen embrittlement can be correctly provide,the threshold of loading could be preciously offered using incremental step loading method for hydrogen embrittlement.
