BASF sets up new distribution centre for pigments business.

In Germany, BASF Colors & Effects is setting up a new, exclusive, finished goods warehouse and global distribution centre at Ladenburg to enhance service to customers worldwide. The company broke ground on the new 20 000 m2 building in July and inauguration is scheduled for the first half of 2021, it reports. The dedicated facility will support the growth of the Colors & Effects business and provide colour and effect pigments customers worldwide with an 'even more flexible' warehousing and delivery service from spring 2021 onwards, BASF says.
