Abstract

Objective To evaluate the impact of computer-assisted cognitive training (CACT) on the ability of daily living in stroke patients. Methods Computer search of PubMed, Cochrane Library, Medline, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, China Knowledge Network, China Biomedical Database, Weipu and other databases, collected from the establishment of the database to December 31, 2019 on CACT patients with stroke A clinical randomized controlled trial (RCT) study on the impact of activities of daily living. The control group used conventional rehabilitation measures, and the intervention group was combined with CACT on the basis of the control group. RevMan5.3 software was used for meta-analysis. Results 11 RCT articles were finally included, involving 523 subjects. The meta-analysis results showed that the modified Barthel index rating scale, functional independence rating scale and Barthel index rating scale scores of the intervention group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion CACT can effectively improve the ability of daily living in stroke patients. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
