Abstract
- Two new cobalt(II) cluster-based 3D coordination polymers [Co2(MeOip)2(bpa)2(H2O)] (1) and [Co5(MeOip)4(μ3-O)(bpp)2(DMF)(H2O)3]·2H2O (2) (MeOip = 5-methoxyisophthalate, bpp = 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane and bpa = 1,2-bi(4-pyridyl)ethane) are synthesized with 5-methoxyisophthalic acid and bpp/bpa mixed ligands. Furthermore, the prevention activity of the compounds on skin necrosis after fracture and its mechanism is evaluated. Firstly, the content level of MCSF and TNF-α is evaluated with the ELISA detection kit. The relative expression level of MMP2 and TIMP1 is measured with real-time RT-PCR. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
