Abstract

The purpose of this work is to develop a software and hardware complex for evaluating the effect of an electrostatic discharge on electronic devices. This will make it possible to increase the effectiveness of methods for testing electronic devices for resistance to electrostatic discharges both at the level of components, the printing module, and at the level of the system as a whole. The object of research is the processes of the impact of electrostatic discharges on the design of electronic devices, their element base as well as methods for improving the effectiveness of protection against such undesirable effects.
