B Author Information b An event is serious (based on the ICH definition) when the patient outcome is: * death * life-threatening * hospitalisation * disability * congenital anomaly * other medically important event A 68-year-old man developed skin hyperpigmentation during treatment with polymixin-B for multidrug-resistant I Klebsiella pneumoniae i infection (KPI).
