- B Author Information b An event is serious (based on the ICH definition) when the patient outcome is: * death * life-threatening * hospitalisation * disability * congenital anomaly * other medically important event * Drug overdose A 4-week-old boy developed agitation, gastro-oesophageal reflux, jitteriness, opisthotonus, isolated systolic hypertension and sinus tachycardia secondary to citalopram intoxication following an unintentional overdose of citalopram due to incorrect drug administration by his mother [ I time to reaction onsets not stated i ].
