El uso de la terminología anatómica moderna en el lenguaje anatómico forense en la transcripción de los dictámenes periciales.

Abstract

Objective: To identify the use of international anatomical terminology by physicians and / or forensic pathologists in the transcription of expert opinions in forensic procedures. Materials and methods: This is a prospective, cross-sectional, descriptive, observational investigation through the implementation of a standardized, standardized and anonymous survey to evaluate the role played by international anatomical terminology in the forensic anatomical medical language of expert opinions. The universe of this research consisted of 33 doctors; 20 were forensic doctors or forensic and 13 forensic pathologists attached to the National Service of Medicine and Forensic Sciences (SENAMECF) attached to the body of Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations (CICPC) section Zu-lia-Venezuela, during the period of January 2018 / June 2018. Results: The survey showed that both forensic doctors and forensic pathologists 90.9% were unaware of an official anatomical list updated by the International Federative Committee. 100% could not or had difficulty identifying the structures or anatomical elements based on the international anatomical listing. With respect to the update time of the anatomical terminology, 100% does not refer to know the time. Conclusion: An anatomical forensic language based on strict and pragmatic contents, based on international standards on the anatomical knowledge of the anatomical structures indicated as a legal instrument in the preparation of forensic medical opinions, should be constructed.
