Crossing Boundaries: Mentorship in Global Health.

In the article, the authors discuss the importance of proper mentorship for trainees working in global health (GH) settings to increase the possibility of success. Topics include the GH track offered in the U.S. pediatric residency programs, the benefits of said programs like enhanced cultural sensitivity, encourage critical thinking, and improved diagnostic skills, and the authors' experiences as GH trainee in Malawi.
