Abstract

[Objective] To grasp the phenotypic genetic diversity and variation of Yunnan Sichuan pear rootstock resources, and to screen the important indicators of type division. [Method] Taking the main producing areas of central and southern Yunnan pear as the main line, field investigation was used to determine 132 sampling points in 14 sampling points. The 14 phenotypic traits of leaves and fruits of Sichuan pear wild resources were analyzed for variation. [Result] The phenotypic traits of 132 Sichuan pears varied greatly, with the coefficient of variation of quality traits ranging from 10.222% to 37.589%, and the largest was fruit. Shape; the coefficient of variation of quantitative traits is between 11.658% and 43.725%, and the largest is the weight of a single fruit. The cluster analysis of 5 principal components shows that 132 wild Sichuan pears are divided into 2 categories, 10 subcategories, between each subcategory There are significant differences in traits. [Conclusion] There is an extremely rich diversity of wild pear rootstock resources in Yunnan, and the variation mainly comes from within the population; the fruit shape, the presence or absence of fruit edges, the shape of the leaf tip, the horizontal diameter of the leaves, the horizontal diameter of the fruit, etc. 5 Character traits are an important index for the classification of fruit and leaf traits of Sichuan pear.
