Abstract

Impact of new-onset left bundle branch block and periprocedural permanent pacemaker implantation on clinical outcomes in patients undergoing transcatheter aortic valve replacement: a systematic review and meta-analysis. [7] In this case report, we successfully implanted a permanent pacemaker with HBP technique to correct TA VR-induced A VB in an old female patient. In our case, the patient's interventricular septum thickness was 1.4 mm as shown in CT, and the mean valve implantation depth was 5.32 mm, which might lead to the new-onset post-TA VR A VB.
