Abstract
- The article examines an article by B. Sisk et al. which asserts the need to incorporate the principle of implementation science into ethics research considering lessons from empirical bioethics research coming out of Europe. It cites concerns over the lack of engagement with the issue, including indication of a myopic engagement with bioethics outside the U.S. and casting the philosophical bioethicist as the decision-maker.
