In the present work, a critical study is carried out on some evidentiary aspects from the perspective of judicial filiation processes, critically reflecting on the legal regulation dispensed and proposing, in certain cases, some proposal for reform that we consider convenient to carry out for the optimal protection of the interests at stake.
