Abstract
- The article discusses the increase in popularity of public library streaming media entertainment during the COVID-19 pandemic. Topics include the percentage growth in users and in circulation experienced by OverDrive Video from March 2020 through February 2021 compared with the same period a year earlier, the increase in viewership of streaming platform provider Kanopy, and results of a survey of public libraries conducted by Kanopy in fall 2020.
