Abstract
- The article discusses the case of Perez v. Lake County Rowing Association, in which Evelyn Perez, grandmother of minor F.V., filed suit against Lake County Rowing Association (LCRA) and the City of Clermont, Florida, asserting claims for failure to accommodate her grandson in a rowing program in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). It is noted that LCRA hosts a "Learn to Row" summer camp and F.V., a minor diagnosed with autism, participated in it.
