Abstract

A ratiometric fluorescent probe with a large emission shift was developed for the accurate measurement of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in sophisticated pyroptosis signaling pathways. The results reported here demonstrate that H2O2, as a principal member of ROS, is a critical upstream signaling molecule in regulating pyroptosis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
