Abstract
- Explains that the development of the law of defamation, in accommodation to the vast change in the means of communication, has been in the direction of enlarging the scope of those principles of immunity, or privilege. Fundamental considerations which have guided this growth; Protection in the communication of supposed facts, in all those cases where a duty of interest in disclosure exists.
