Organizational behavior studies continue to develop by feeding from different disciplines. psychology, sociology, or both disciplines are also utilized, and the organizational behavior literature continues the paradigm transformation. It is necessary to use neuroscience in organizational behavior research, as close examination of the human brain makes it convenient to reveal the hidden mechanisms behind behaviors. The study deals with the relationship between organizational behavior and neuroscience. Reevaluation of existing theories on organizational behavior with the perspective of neuroscience will contribute to completing the missing parts in predicting employee behavior and explaining more knowledge regarding employee behavior in the organizational environment.
