Abstract
- The isolated subclavian artery is a rare malformation of the aortic arch. Pathophysiologically, as the isolated subclavian artery is connected to the ipsilateral pulmonary artery through the ipsilateral ductus arteriosus and vertebral artery, blood is easily "stolen" from the subclavian artery.
