Abstract
- The article focuses on the consequences of the rejection of the permit application of the Crab Apple Campground residential campsite for recreational vehicle (RV) dwellers in Tofino, British Columbia in April 2021. Topics discussed include the claims of campground dwellers that housing at the village is limited, safety and security concerns of permanent residents due to the transitory living encouraged by the site, and the effect of the permit rejection on labor supply in the area.
