The research used the qualitative methodology, where documentary analyzes were carried out, findings through the hearings and that will allow to have a perspective on the administration of justice with populations traditionally marginalized by the State itself in the social structure, which also enables them to manifest their Right to participation helping to avoid conflicts and violence in the peasant communities of the Junín Region.
