Abstract
- Famularo et al.[1] recently published the findings of their retrospective study on impact of post-operative ascites (POA) after hepatectomy on long-term outcomes and survival. Post-operative Ascites After Hepatectomy - Not More Than What Meets the Eyes While calculating the proportion of patients developing grade 3/4 Clavien-Dindo complications, the authors should have included only patients who developed complications 83/560 (14%) in the NO-POA cohort.
