GESTÃO DE RESÍDUOS SÓLIDOS: PORTOS DE PARANAGUÁ, RIO GRANDE E SANTOS.

Federal Law 12.305/2010 stablishes solid waste management and there are no standardized procedures in Brazilian ports. The aim of this paper was to elaborate solid waste management models, according to information from Paranaguá, Rio Grande and Santos Ports. The methodology consisted of an analysis of the carried out and planned actions in these ports and, assessment of solid waste management, by the documents identified in digital media until 2017. The Port of Paranaguá stood out for its high level of solid waste management (7.31), while the ports of Rio Grande (6.54) and Santos (5.38) are in development process. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
