Abstract

The ideas addressed in this paper are based on reflections regarding the recent promulgation of Law 27.610 "Access To Voluntary Interruption Of Pregnancy" and the importance of the different agents involved in the dinamics of (non) reproductive policies. The importance of the feminist social movements along with the creation, on behalf of LGBTIQ+, of an identitary recognition through politicization of subjective and corporal performance, materialized in fragmented public policy along with the subsequent exclusion/inclusion of identities. This political-philosophical lecture is outlined by the denial of (non) reproductive rights, and situates the State as a necropolitic agent who obstrutcs the application of previous and present laws in colaboration with health agents. The main considerations regard the implementation of necropolitics based on biologized subjectivity, corporal autonomy training and the resistance of collective movements that pursue identitary recognition.
