Abstract
- This article recounts some stories that are related to information technology (IT) issues. One incident refers to a non-IT manager who demands for a shared network drive for just one file. However, the danger of the file being easily electronically mailed to everyone in the company, is pointed out. In addition, there is a story of an IT worker testing for Y2k-related dates like leap year 2000 and year-end 2000. Then his superior asks him if he is also testing for the year 3000.
