- The article explores how surgeons need to manage inaccurate Intraocular lens calculations, an extended postop recovery time and patient expectations. Topics include lens calculations is the surgical procedure itself and the postoperative healing period are not routine in the eyes; and surgeons have had success with extended depth-of-focus lenses.
