The article presents the discussion on the limits of antitrust laws defined by statutory legislation, judicial practice, and prosecutorial discretion. Topics include pursuing under the antitrust banner like curbing economic inequality, surveillance capitalism, and global warming; and context dependent appraisal of legal institutions, technology, and markets guiding the assessment.
