Abstract

The article presents charts and diagrams related to registration figures for students body. Charts also shows graphical sources from which the students are drawn. Further, the article discusses Hickman v. Taylor case. The decision in the case was based on the ground that implicit even in the most enlightened adversary system is a necessity for cloaking an attorney's acts with sufficient secrecy for efficient preparation. Recognizing that statements and memoranda recorded by a skilled trial lawyer inevitably reveal much of his thought-processes in addition to the objective facts related therein, the Court apparently felt that counsel would be unduly inhibited in developing fully their analyses of the evidence if they knew that every step in the process was open to the scrutiny of adverse parties.
