Advanced fluorescence correlation spectroscopy for studying biomolecular conformation.

We present the recent developments and advances in fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS) and their application to the investigation of biomolecular conformations. In particular, we present and discuss three techniques: multichannel nanosecond FCS, photo-induced electron transfer FCS, and fluorescence lifetime correlation spectroscopy.
