Abstract
- We present the recent developments and advances in fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS) and their application to the investigation of biomolecular conformations. In particular, we present and discuss three techniques: multichannel nanosecond FCS, photo-induced electron transfer FCS, and fluorescence lifetime correlation spectroscopy. We briefly describe each method and discuss recent applications to diverse biophysical studies of biomolecular conformation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
