Faced with an increasing number of risks, events that are sometimes difficult to anticipate, a number of companies are setting up organisation, workplaces and teams to respond to crisis situations. These multi-faceted and polymorphic situations are, of course, rare working situations, but in which more and more operators can be brought to work. So ergonomics is a way of improving them, despite the difficulties of access to the activity actually developed. We will propose some possibilities of access to reference situations, as well as approaches and metrics from disciplinary fields related to ergonomics (HRO, systemic, etc.) to complete this vision of the crisis management activity.
