Abstract
- A versatile approach for the fine control of DNA-based hierarchical assembly via dual stimuli and two assembly strategies is developed. Moreover, with a reasonable design of functional thrombin aptamer structures on the formed DNA nanoassembly, it can achieve precise regulation of thrombin activity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
