Abstract
- The article discusses how libraries in the U.S. strengthened their small business programs to help local entrepreneurs who needed support amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Also cited are the challenges faced by minority and non-English-speaking small business owners in securing federal Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans, and some libraries offering said programs like the Mid-Continent Public Library (MCPL) in Missouri.
