Abstract
- In the article, the author discusses why the U.S. Supreme Court is a supplier of antidemocracy in the country as it controls how democracy is practiced. Topics include how the court allegedly given property owners a tool to suppress democracy as seen in the case Cedar Point Nursery v. Hassid, and how antidemocracy sustained social hierarchies from the spread of political equality.
