Abstract: The article informs that Green Mountain State has the highest rate of complete COVID-19 vaccinations in the nation. It is noted that success of vaccine rollout in Vermont is due to various factors and strategies including some demographic and cultural advantages. It is noted that the Association of Africans Living in Vermont got engaged in the vaccine effort by educating new Americans.
