Abstract
- This article presents information on some books and periodicals that contain research papers on legal topics. A writer in a recent periodical maintains that a judgment for the defendant in an action by an administrator should bind another administrator of the same deceased in another jurisdiction, because there exists between the two an official privity. Some of the books listed are, "Blackmail and Extortion," by James W. Osborne; "The Development of International Law," by Edwin Maxey and "Growing Conception of Neutrality," by Hannis Taylor.
