Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 55-year-old female with 2 years of bilateral nasal obstruction, facial pressure, oral dryness, and nasal drainage. Examinations revealed extensive synechiae between the nasal septum and turbinates, near complete nasopharyngeal stenosis, and soft tissue along nasal floor, and the diagnosis of Sjögren syndrome was confirmed. The patient underwent endoscopic repair of nasopharyngeal stenosis, division of nasal synechiae and postoperative oral steroids.
