ENTRE EL PSICOANÁLISIS Y LA INSTITUCIÓN: UN DISPOSITIVO PSICOANALÍTICO EN UNA INSTITUCIÓN DE SALUD MENTAL EN COLOMBIA.

This paper is the result of a thoughtful process on psychoanalytic practice at a mental health institution in Bogotá, Colombia. A de-disciplining exercise is carried out, following the methodology of Ana María Fernández: denaturalizing social imaginaries, deconstructing logics, and outlining a genealogy of institutional practices. Elements such as time, payment, demand, completion, or end of analysis are thought of from various discourses (capitalist, psychiatric, democratic), and an analytical device of individual intervention is outlined, along with a proposal to think about an outsourced setting.
