On p-nilpotence and ICΦ-subgroups of finite groups.

A subgroup H of a group G is said to be an I C Φ -subgroup of G if H ∩ [ H , G ] ≤ Φ (H) . We prove the p-nilpotency of a finite group G under the assumption that certain p-subgroups of G are I C Φ -subgroups of G. Our main result generalizes and extends some recent work of Gao and Li [1].
