Abstract
- The article focuses on recent court cases and its implications in the U.S. The first of the cases involves subagents' duty of loyalty to principal. Details of the case have been provided in the context. The second case listed in the article deals with the relationship between client and attorney, and the time when opponent may question attorney's authority to sue. Referrals of few of the prominent cases has been made in this context. The third case in the list deals with the rights of joint maker after paying in full and taking assignments. Various other cases are also discussed in other contexts.
