Abstract
- The article reports on the death of 19 people, including nine children, from a fire that hit a 19-story apartment in the Bronx, New York City. According to fire commissioner Daniel A. Nigro, an additional 44 residents were injured from the incident. Also mentioned is the claim by city Mayor Eric Adams that the city government will provide support for the victims.
