毛发移植治疗前额纤维性脱发.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of hair transplantation in the treatment of frontal fibrosing alopecia. Meth原 ods From October 2016 to now, 6 patients with frontal fibrosing alopecia stable for more than 5 years were recruited. Follicles were obtained by scalp strip cutting from occipital safe area. The density of transplantation was 20~30 units per square centimeter in the fronto- temporal area and 50 units per square centimeter in the eyebrow. Results The incision of donor site in all patients healed well. All patients were followed up for 18 months to 4 years. The growth of transplanted hairs was good. Patients were satisfied with the efficacy. The survival rate of hair was more than 90%. Conclusion Under the premise of ineffective medical treatment and stable condition of patients, hair transplantation is an effective treatment method for frontal fibrosing alopecia in short-term.
