Abstract
- The article discusses the court case Adams v. Palm Beach County, in which Plaintiffs were golf course attendants at the Osprey Point Golf Course operated by Palm Beach County, Florida. Topics include entitled to minimum wage payments under state and federal law; and Plaintiff Gerald Kasmere alleged that he suffered employment retaliation after he complained about not receiving minimum wages laws for public agency volunteers.
