Abstract
- The article focuses on the upward growth trend of on-demand music streams to more than one trillion in the U.S. in 2021. There was a 9.9% increase in combined on-demand streams to 1.13 trillion in 2021 compared with 1.03 trillion in 2020. Also noted is the 11.3% increase in overall album consumption units. It mentions the growth of market share for catalog music consumption.
