In a mobilizador context of multiple efforts of scientific nature, economic and social to face the pandemic caused for the Sars-Cov-2, in the oncologia the challenge is faced to reorganize the different services in the care line. The objective was to tell to the experience in the leadership and governance of the leader nurse the front of a service of antineoplásica therapy in the pandemic of the COVID-19. From the definition of the flow of attendance of patients with suspicion of infection for Sars-Cov-2 when of the arrival in the clinic of chemotherapy for beginning of quimioterápico treatment they had been established actions that had involved the interlocution directly it enters the leadership of Nursing and the different spheres of management of the institution, considering available the human resources and material. The leader nurse ahead has excellent paper of the challenges taxes for this virus, without treatment still proven, added to the agravos and collateral effect related to the oncological treatment and the organization of a chemotherapy service.
