СТРЕСЪТ ПРИ СТУДЕНТИ И СТАЖАНТИ ОТ РАЗЛИЧНИ МЕДИЦИНСКИ СПЕЦИАЛНОСТИ В ЦЕНТЪР ЗА СПЕШНА МЕДИЦИНСКА ПОМОЩ – ЕЖЕДНЕВИЕ И ПРЕДИЗВИКАТЕЛСТВО.

Stress is an integral part of our daily lives. Therefore, its importance is huge in various activities, especially in the field of medicine, in particular the central nervous system. An anonymous survey of 40 students (21 men and 19 women) from different specialties of Medical Faculty, Trakia University - Stara Zagora, during their internship at the Center for Emergency Medical Care - Stara Zagora. The survey data are processed mathematically and graphically with Microsoft Office Excel 2003.ink. The analysis of the obtained data shows that the stress in the emergency medical centers turns out to be permanent for the medical workers and they often have a feeling of fatigue, exhaustion, memory loss, lack of energy, concentration difficulty and more frequent mistakes. New and more effective strategies and measures are needed to combat stress in emergency medical centers. These measures will lead to more motivated and calm work for healthcare providers, as well as a sense of security. The stress in the emergency medical centers should be a subject of interest of more future studies, which from a challenge and everyday life will turn it into a solution to the problem and an optimal working environment.
