The aim of this study is to show the matrix of Chinese territorial coloniality on the territory today called Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region (XUAR). State "development" programs in the territory will be analyzed, as well as their effects on the management forms of the indigenous populations, with special interest in the strategies of colonial appropriation and despoil of the natural and human environment of the Uyghur people. This has been the scenario for controlled migration processes and military settlement colonies by the State, with the aim of establishing control and appropriation over its natural, geographical and human resources.
