Abstract
- Decree 65/2011 regulates the conservation of hunting species in Castilla y León, their sustainable use, and the population control of wild fauna. This decree develops the titles of the Hunting Law of Castilla y León, establishing rules for the protection of hunting species and the conservation of their populations. It also defines the modalities of big game hunting and small game hunting, as well as the conditions for the use of weapons and other hunting methods. Additionally, it regulates population controls on wild fauna and hunting species, the keeping of specimens in captivity, commercialization, and the movement of wild fauna.
