Abstract

A SB 2.4 sb (134.5 mg) was separated by an ODS column and purified by prep-HPLC (CH SB 3 sb OH-water, 40:60) to obtain compounds B 3 b (t SB R sb = 12.5 min, 3.7 mg), B 4 b (t SB R sb = 37.8 min, 4.2 mg). The remaining sample was separated by an ODS column and purified by prep-HPLC (CH SB 3 sb OH-water, 23:77) to obtain compound B 1 b (t SB R sb = 16.2 min, 9.5 mg), and Subfr. Subfraction A SB 4.3 sb was subjected to prep-HPLC (CH SB 3 sb OH-H SB 2 sb O, 68:32) to obtain compound B 9 b (t SB R sb = 29.0 min, 10.5 mg). A SB 4.1 sb (235.4 mg) was purified by TLC preparation and prep-HPLC (CH SB 3 sb OH-H SB 2 sb O, 1:9) to obtain compound B 6 b (t SB R sb = 13.5 min, 5.8 mg); Subfr. [Extracted from the article]
